New Notebook From Panasonic : Lets Note F8 WiMAX

Panasonic has rolled out its first WiMAX-ready notebook in Japan, featuring the following characteristics:

 

• Intel Core 2 Duo SP9600 2.53GHz processor
• 2GB RAM
• 500GB hard drive
• 14.1” LCD display with a resolution of 1,440 x 900

The trackpad itself looks interested, coming in a round form factor with some weird looking buttons located at the bottom. No idea on pricing, but the Panasonic F8 notebook will hit Japan at the end of July.
